Die Entwickler von Mozilla haben die finale Version 6.0.1 des beliebten Firefox Browsers zum Download bereitgestellt.

Die neue Version des Browser unterstützt CSS-Animationen und verfügt zudem über eine besserer Unterstützung von Canvas, Javascript, HTML5, XHR, MathML und SMIL. Auch die Geschwindigkeit, Stabilität und Sicherheit sind die drei der Kernthemen der Browser-Entwicklung von Firefox 6.0.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die neue Firefox Version 6.0.1 stuf das gestohlene Google-Zertifikat von DigiNotar als nicht mehr vertrauenswürdig ein. Alle Firefox-Anwender sollten das Update umgehend installieren!
