Google gibt finale Version 16 von Chrome frei

Google Chrome steht nun in der finalen 16.0.912.63 Version für Windows, Linux und Mac OS X zum Download bereit. Laut Google http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/ wurden in der 16 Version zahlreiche Sicherheitslücken behoben. Der Webbrowser Google Chrome 16 soll jetzt noch schneller und stabiler sein als die vorherigen Versionen.

Wichtigste Neuerung: Mit dem Browser lassen sich jetzt nun Mehrere Google-Konten verwalten. Diese können Anwender in den Optionen unter "Privates" erfassen. Mit nur zwei Klicks lässt sich der angemeldete Google-Nutzer wechseln. Anschliessend wurde die Synchronisation bei der Lesezeichen und Einstellungen mit den Accounts verbessert.
