Windows 7: TechNet- und MSDN- Abonnenten erhalten Final Version

Ab heute 6. August 2009 (kurz nach 19:00 Uhr) will Microsoft die Windows 7 finale Version für TechNet- und MSDN- Abonnenten zum kostenlosen Download bereitstellen. Nach Angaben von Microsoft soll zunächst eine englische Version von Windows 7 RTM (32- und 64-Bit) sowie alle Sprachpakete, WAIKs, WDKs, SDKs und Symbols in allen verfügbaren Sprachen angeboten werden.

Die Sprachversionen Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch, Spanisch und Japanisch folgen erst ab dem 14. August 2009. Am 21. August soll Windows 7 (x86 und x64) in allen vorgesehenen Sprachen für TechNet- und MSDN- Abonnenten zum Download bereitgestellt werden.

Kurz nach 19:00 Uhr steht nun Windows 7 RTM (English) als 32- und 64-Bit-Version und u.a. auch die Sprachpakete (Language Packs) zum Download bereit!
